What could a £5,000 Innovation Voucher do for your business? An Innovation Voucher provides funding to small and medium sized businesses to work with an expert Knowledge Provider from a university, college or other public sector research body bringing new knowledge to help businesses innovate, develop and grow. £98m Healthy Ageing Challenge 
As part of the UK government’s Industrial Strategy Challenge Fund, the Healthy Ageing Challenge asks industry and researchers to develop products and services to support an ageing society. Up to £98 million will be invested in research and innovation that supports people as they age. Over the coming years, there will be a series of opportunities for UK-based businesses and researchers. Commercialising Quantum Technologies: feasibility studies round 2 (Deadline: 10 March 2021)
UK registered businesses can apply for a share of up to £7 million for feasibility studies or market research projects. This funding is from ISCF.

ISCF TFI: large collaborative R&D projects (Deadline: 10 March 2021)
UK registered businesses can apply for a share of up to £8 million for research and development projects to improve the productivity and competitiveness of UK foundation industries. This funding is from the Industrial Strategy Challenge Fund.


SBRI funding competitions

The Small Business Research Initiative supports a range of competitions with public sector organisations and departments.

Improving Hip Fracture Outcomes Using Data, phase 1 (Deadline: 31 March 2021)
Organisations can apply for a share of £160,000 inclusive of VAT to develop a solution which will improve quality of care and outcomes for hip fracture patients.

Improving Multimorbidity Acute Care Using Data Analytics, phase 1 (Deadline: 3 March 2021)
Organisations can apply for a share of £160,000 inclusive of VAT to develop a data-driven solution to improve the care and outcomes for patients with multimorbidity admitted to A&E.


Horizon 2020 funding

There are also opportunities for funding through the Horizon 2020 programme which focuses on European projects in research and innovation.
